Biversity Dance Party

Biversity

Biversity is a dance party for bisexuals and their friends. It is run by bisexuals for bisexuals and as such is guaranteed to be a very friendly and welcoming event. If you've never been to an event with several hundred other bisexuals then Biversity will blow your mind!

For up to date info and photos see the Biversity web site at: http://www.bi.org.au/biversity/

Bi Radio

Biversity

Thanks to the publicity that came from the Biversity party, SBN was approached by the Out West & Proud Programme of community radio station 2GLF to take part in producing a segment specifically to cover bisexual issues and interests. For various reasons the segment din't eventuate. What we do have however is a team of Bi volunteers who take part in the programme to ensure that all the aspects of bisexuality get a mention. In 2003 the programme changed it's name to Queer Out West when some of our group took over as producers.

So to hear some out and proud bisexuals over the air try tuning in to 2GLF on Monday nights from 10pm to midnight on 89.3 FM. Note that the station is situated in Liverpool and hence reception is best in that general area and may not be possible at all in other parts of the city.

If you're interested in checking out the show in person or would like to become part of the team, just send us an email at admin@bi-nsw.org.au.
